I so love this small cedar hope chest that I found in St. Catharines from a gentleman named Ziggy. The medallions, ornate floral motifs, and curvy feet give this chest that special feel. It’s not large but would be perfect for toys, blankets or keepsakes that traditionally every little girl would want in a hope chest.
It has been stripped, sanded and stained with a lovely Minwax dark walnut stain and painted in Annie Sloan Chalk Paint in Old White and waxed with ASCP Clear soft wax for durability of the paint. The stain was sealed with Minwax Wipe on Poly.
This cedar chest measures: 40 1/2″W x 18 1/2″D x 20″H
